The Bible says, ‘bodily exercise profits little’, but we experienced significant gains at the maiden edition of LoveworldSports Epic Exercise! Held at the Ejigbo Mini Pitch Basketball Court, the event saw an impressive turnout of 43 women who came to prioritize their physical health and well-being.
We celebrate the success of this inaugural event and eagerly anticipate many more! At the gathering, women enjoyed uplifting music while exercising and received copies of Songs of Heaven. This marks the beginning of an outreach cell for women interested in fitness and exercise. Following the workout, our esteemed Coordinator, Bro Favour Ehis, led a prayer session.
We’ve established a fitness center for women in the community, integrating physical well-being with spiritual growth. This initiative addresses the holistic needs of women, promoting both physical health and spiritual nourishment. The center offers a safe, supportive environment where women can enhance their fitness and deepen their faith in God’s word.
This creative approach not only attracts those interested in fitness but also fosters meaningful discussions about faith and spiritual well-being.
